ROLE OVERVIEW
We're looking for a Mid-Level Creative Webflow Developer who can confidently take ownership of builds and elevate the final output through thoughtful interaction and motion. You’ll work closely with designers, strategists, and project leads to bring ideas to life in Webflow, with a focus on performance, scalability, craft and motion.This is a hands-on role for someone who executes cleanly and knows how to add the layer that makes a site feel considered.
Who you are
2–4 years experience in Webflow development. Strong working knowledge of Client-First and/or Lumos framework and/or Mast (structure, naming conventions, scalability). Confident building responsive, component-based Webflow sites.
- Strong understanding of GSAP, animations, and interactions
- You know how to add polish without overcooking it
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Comfortable translating Figma designs into high-quality builds
- Strong attention to detail across layout, spacing, and motion
- Collaborative, open to feedback, and proactive with ideas
What you'll be doing
Build, test and launch Webflow websites from approved designs and implement scalable client design systems and motion graphics.
- Bring sites to life with considered animation and interaction (GSAP and Webflow-native)
- Structure CMS collections and dynamic content across a range of project types
- Collaborate with design and strategy to push work beyond static layouts
- Ensure performance, responsiveness, and accessibility across builds
- Support integrations (forms, CRM, light automation via Make/Zapier)
- Contribute to internal standards and how we approach motion and interaction
Nice to have
- Experience with three.js, WebGL, Rive, Spline, or Barba.js
- Ability to create more immersive or experimental interactions when appropriate
- Familiarity with API-driven builds
- Exposure to larger-scale or enterprise Webflow builds
